Lymphoma experts and vaccine investigators Ron Levy, MD of Stanford University, John Leonard, MD of Weill Medical College, Cornell University, and David Fisher, MD of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute discuss the role personalized immunotherapy (also known as patient-specific vaccine therapy, customized vaccine therapy, or active immunotherapy) may play in the treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Patients will also learn about vaccine therapy clinical trials currently enrolling patients, including a phase 3 trial investigating Genitope's Id-KLH vaccine, MyVax® Personalized Immunotherapy (GTOP-99), in previously untreated follicular NHL.
