Genitope Protocol 2000-07

Study 2000-07 is an open-label, single arm Phase 2 study in patients with low-grade follicular NHL (IWF classification B and C) in first clinical remission. In this study, patients were cytoreduced with chemotherapy (generally CVP) followed by a series of five immunizations with Id-KLH with an abbreviated course of GM-CSF. The study, conducted at Nebraska Medical Center (Omaha, Nebraska), is closed to enrollment. Long-term follow-up is ongoing. Preliminary data will be presented at the ASH 2002 conference.
