Genitope Protocol 9901

Study 9901 is an open-label Phase 2 study evaluating Id immunotherapy in previously untreated patients with low-grade follicular NHL. In this study, patients were cytoreduced with chemotherapy (generally CVP) and then received a series of five immunizations with recombinant Id-KLH and GM-CSF. The study, conducted at Stanford University Medical Center (Palo Alto, CA) and Nebraska Medical Center (Omaha, Nebraska), is closed to enrollment. A preliminary report was presented at the American Society of Hematology, 2000 meeting (Abstract 2481). Long-term follow-up is ongoing.
