Genitope Protocol 9902

Study 9902 is an open-label Phase 2 study evaluating Id immunotherapy in previously untreated patients with aggressive, diffuse or follicular large B-cell lymphoma, diffuse mixed-cell lymphoma, or mantle cell lymphoma patients. In this study, patients were cytoreduced with chemotherapy (generally CHOP) followed by a series of five or eight immunizations with Id-KLH with GM-CSF. The study, conducted at Stanford University Medical Center (Palo Alto, CA), Nebraska Medical Center (Omaha, Nebraska), and the New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Medical College of Cornell University (New York, NY), Cornell Medical Center, is closed to enrollment. Long-term follow-up is ongoing. Preliminary data was presented at the ASH 2001 conference.
